OK.. I have the "Peel Slowly" boxset, and like it a great deal, I
figured that had pretty much everything on it. So here are two
questions:

2) Are the 2 disc sets "Velvet Underground and Nico Special Edition 2
disc set" and "Loaded Fully Loaded 2 disc set" worth getting if you
already have the "Peel Slowly" boxset???

2) Why didn't they make 2 disc editions of "White Light/White Heat" and
"Velvet Underground"(68) ????

Thans for any info.

Not by a long shot.

It depends on how much of a VU completist you are. If you want to hear the
mono mix of "The Velvet Underground & Nico," which differs from the stereo
mix in some places, then you need to get the Deluxe Edition. If you want to
hear demos and out-takes of every song on "Loaded," then you need to buy the
Fully Loaded Edition. Both collections have plenty of tracks that aren't on
the Peel Slowly box set, although the Fully Loaded Edition has more overlap
with "Peel Slowly and See" than "The Velvet Underground & Nico" does.

On the other hand, if you don't understand what the fuss is about a variant
version, or a rehearsal version of a song on an album that maybe isn't one of
your favorites, skip them.

When you asked about the Bootleg Series two weeks ago, I wrote that a Deluxe
Edition of "White Light/White Heat" had been set for release but there was
some disagreement between the band and the label.

Since all the VU albums (except Loaded) are on the same label (Universal
Music Group), until the dispute is resolved it's unlikely that any previously
unreleased material will see the light of day.

I reccomend Fully Loaded for a countryish version of I Found A Reason.
(It even has harmonica!)
