Can I get the lyrics on line? Or did I just imagine the whole thing? I
hope not since I am going to Margarita Island in Venezuela. I hope that
is where the name of the drink comes from. I may meet some girl singers
there, teach them the song , and have them perform it for me and a few
others:)

Found a song by Patrick El-Hag. There's no Lou Reed song I know of with the
words Tom Collins.
