Will Survive (yes, that one), by Lou Reed. It was very good. He showed me
the cover of the disc and it was definitely Lou Reed. I have now exhausted
my internet search to find the existence of this song. Can anyone tell me
where it is from and where I might be able to find it? You are my last

Are you shure it was "I will survive" and not "You Keep Me Hangin' On" ?
Because Lou did cover this Diana Ross song live in the mid 70's.

No, absolutely certain. It was I Will Survive and it is impossible to track
down.
